The majority of my job is spent on-the-go at a moment’s notice. Things tend to come up all the time. If I’m at a meeting when hunger strikes I like to find the healthiest local options for fast food. For those of you who are like me, or just want a quick bite after a workout I have broken down a list of my favorite go to’s by neighborhood.
Beyond Sushi (Also located in Chelsea Market and Midtown West)- Plant-based Sushi 100% Vegan
Sweetgreen (Also located in NoMad, Tribeca, Nolita, Greenwich Village, Columbia, UWS, UES, Financial District, Meatpacking, Astor Place, Midtown East) -This concept is seasonal salad bowls everything fresh everything healthy and delicious.
Hu Kitchen (Also located UES)- The concept is to get back to eating like a human through Paleo method
By CHLOE (Also located in Flatiron, and Soho) -Vegan food that doesn’t taste it!
Dig Inn (Also located in Flatiron, Union Square, NoMad, Madison Park, Soho, Theater District, Columbia, Hudson Square, Midtown South, Midtown West, UES, Battery Park, Midtown East)
-Their premise is simple; healthy seasonal food locally sourced
Inday- Indian Cuisine focused on mindful eating
Mulberry & Vine (also located in Flatiron and Midtown East)- One of my absolute favorites it is a clean eating establishment with locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
